By definition, a belief system is a group of habitual thoughts, ideas, or principals in which you place your trust or confidence. Your belief system triggers your feelings as good, bad, right, or wrong, and it's the driver behind your behavior.

In simple form, what you think determines what you do, and your belief system is how you make sense of the world, and how you choose to show up (or behave) in your life and relationships.

This quiz was created to help you identify your current level of thinking based on what you believe to be Truth about yourself and others. There are no right or wrong answers, only what's in your current BS.
